Assignments are stored in their own table with type, status, dates and approvals so historical records are never overwritten.

Workspace assignment data has not yet been loaded.

Assignment types (Permanent, Shared, Hotel, Temporary, Planned Move, Loaned Space) and statuses (Proposed through Ended) are already defined in the database.
